Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms outline the rights, obligations, and procedures between mamiseoul (“Company”) and users regarding the use of the Company’s online store and related services.

Article 11 (General Shipping & Refund Summary)

– Orders are processed within 3 business days.
– International shipments may be delayed by customs.
– Duties & taxes are the recipient’s responsibility (DDU).
– Change-of-mind returns for international orders are not accepted.
– Defective/damaged/incorrect items may be eligible for return.
Article 12 (Intellectual Property)
All content on the Site belongs to the Company and may not be used without permission.
Article 13 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not responsible for damages caused by User negligence or force majeure events.
Article 14 (Governing Law & Dispute Resolution)
These Terms are governed by Korean law.
